melodies and desires...its what I hear in this song...this song really feels for me like intro to her album....so she shot us with her silence...or with her try to share things with us that are beyond all words... this song is about so many things...but lets say i think its about a thought...this thought is something that is between them and she isn't ready to share....and its all the time in her head...it can be made of memories, it can be a wish, or really a trumpet...melody that is saying something to her...it doesn't mean she wants to harm him...just not ready or has a secret that she just saves for herself... the more I try to explain what I think the less I actually say. one thing is sure. this is wonderful song, short, explicit, full of meanings and melodies.... it just shot us. |

song is about life, about making choice, about having dreams but not be able to realize them or to stand up for them. about general feeling in life, being incapable to do something coz fear of failure. she stays at same place, she wants to change something but she is afraid. cant help herself, coz its safe there where she is now, its safe, she doesnt know what is there for her so she stays at same place....and just waits. you can say its depression or or some similar condition but this song is def not ab sex, drugs and similar addictions. thats why lyrics are _Feels like something That I've done before_ things are the same, repeating all the time but _I could fake it But I still want more_ she is addicted to same things and she still does the same _'Cause it feels like I've been, I've been here before_ her safe place, thats why she still doesnt leave _You are not my savior But I still don't go_ . . . |
