Ok, this is crazy. I created an account specifically for this song. (I'm going to get other use out of it too.) This song is CLEARLY about how, no matter what everyone else thinks, nothing could bring him down. He's feeling on-top-of-the-world almost. "No I'm sorry to say, there'll be no sacrifice today." Nothing you could do is going to bring me down. "Everybody expects me to break but I'll never break down again Everybody expects me to give up but you'll never see me givin in Everybody wants me to lose but I'll never lose who I am" Further evidence of the nothing bringing him down. Maybe this was confusing, but I was trying to demonstrate how simple the meaning of this song is, and you can take it for face value. There are so many songs with such a deeper hidden meaning. Well, not this one. |
