spacexoddity I agree with you 100%. I am in the exact same situation and my best friend always comes to me when his girlfriend treats him badly. These lyrics make it seem as if this happens to the character in the song time and time again, meaning he's always there for his friend, and she's no good for the both of them because she's a bad girlfriend but she's also no good for the character because he's sick of seeing his friend like this. The moment I heard this song, I could totally relate to it. |
