It only seems like that cause 80% of the song writers out there are men so you will see that side of it. But there are LOTS of guys that fuck it up, myself included. And the guys will stay with a controlling bitch as well. This song definitely has that depressing feel to it and takes you back to those memories if you can relate to it. |

It's definitely a drug high he's talking about, because he's saying how "you bought yours" and saying that "when the choice arises, you decided death from life again" I don't think it is a significant other, because it says "so I called a friend, an ear to lend who said "what is what?" and one day tried to get me high" That's my 2 cents Great band and great riffs, lots of emotion. |
