I agree, my interpretation of the song was just the casual fans of manson who only listen to the singles, which are normally the worst. "lets make sure the music is loud enough, we won't hear it end end end." or just don't get him at all, and just qoute him in MSN names and stuff because it sounds cool "Give me a picket sign, and make it blank and white, Like all those stupid teenager girls - Picket signs used to sum up an issue with one witty sentence, which needs a worthy discussion. Whoa, my interpretation was way off, probably because i listen to bands with similiar themes, but i interpreted the song as being about Adam from the bible, making fun of creationists who deny evolution. I like Xx karate's interpretation of the song, makes the song more intriguing..at first it just seemed like another cheesy single Manson put out to catch the casual/teen fans in. |
