Very fun song. Played during the opening credits of Mallrats, and very appropriate for that movie as well. Mike Felumlee, formerly of The Smoking Popes and Alkaline Trio drums for them now. |

Great song, love the chorus...one discrepancy with the lyrics however:
'Fall apart right here in north sapphires"
is more than likely
Fall apart right here in North Side Bars",
in reference to the north side of Chicago, known for it's bar areas (Rush and Division, Wrigleyville, etc), and is also the boys' old stomping grounds, which makes more sense gramatically anyway.
Also making it the second album in a row with only one booze reference, an idea once thought impossible given their earlier lyrical preferences.

Great song, great metaphor for both a deteriorating relationship, and the story of the band itself. However, could it be "tear-stained looks" instead of "teenage looks"? |

The best part of this song is that this song is a COMPLETE parody of every song the Pixies ever did, and NO ONE gets it. God bless that snot-nosed limey Damon Albarn. |

Ok let me clarify the Chrysler reference. The friend Skiba wrote this about worked for Chrysler. And Soimpossible, you can't possibly live in the suburb they're from, because they're from the north side of the City |
