Love this song. So straight forward. He's lying awake at night, contemplating taking up drinking as a solution to his insomnia, helplessly. I think he knows that even drinking wouldn't solve anything, but he keeps it in mind to give himself hope that maybe it doesn't have to be like that forever.... |

Seconded. I love these songs but unfortunately i have trouble keeping the whole song in mind to figure out what they mean - so i really enjoy reading annalise's interpretations! Before, i recognized the beautiful sounds her words and music created, but now i can appreciate them on another level as well :) |

totally agree. the first time i heard her music (it was "Cosmia") i wasn't even sure if i liked it, i just knew i couldn't stop listening to it... it's so mesmerizing. |
