| Impending Doom – In Reverence Of Lyrics

The lyrics make it obvious that this song is about Brook Reeves asking God why his mom died. According to the lyrics, Brook was 16 when his mom died so it's not hard to see how this would cause a lack of faith in someone so young. But, he regains faith and finds comfort in the fact that he will meet her again in Heaven. |

This song is directed towards the hypocritical "church people" who claim the name of Christ, but don't actually follow the Word. Like the people who treat church like it's a place where only perfect people are allowed and those who are different or "more sinful" than the rest are judged and looked down upon by the church. "I hate religion" is Brook Reeves saying that he is tired of those kinds of people and organized religion as a whole, but he still very much loves and follows God. |

| Molotov Solution – Collapse Lyrics

As is almost every other song by Molotov Solution, this song is about the Illuminati. This song is talking about how they have infiltrated modern day religion and are using it to achieve their goals by carrying out their plans in the name of God. This song also mentions the fail of the dollar and the collapse of the economy that the Illuminati are rumored to be engineering and how when it happens, they're going to give us a "solution" under the guide of religion to make it less suspicious.
To my understanding, the "God isn't dead" part is talking about religion, not God Himself. Basically, they're saying that through the Illuminati corrupting religion, people have lost faith in it because it no longer stands for God, it stands for greed and conquest. The loss of faith in the population could be seen as "killing" God because of humanity's ever increasing lack of belief. However, people aren't losing faith in God, they're losing faith in the lies created by the Illuminati to decieve the masses. Thus, "God isn't dead, He never existed" means "People aren't losing faith in God, they're losing faith in a lie that was never true to begin with." |

Sort of. This song is partly directed toward religion, but it isn't saying that God and Christianity are false. This song's message is directed toward the type of people who force their beliefs upon others (much like modern days religious folk) and how it's annoying and egocentric. Basically, this song is saying "keep your beliefs to yourself and don't tell me how to live my life". |

| TestAmenT – The Formation of Damnation Lyrics

Sounds like the apocalypse to me. "The end is near, elected false messiah. Plan put in gear, the formation of damnation. The time is now, rise up from destitution .We won't lay down, resist the persecution. The time is now, rise up from destitution. We won't lay down, resist the persecution."
Kinda sounds like it's referring to the end time with the Anti-Christ and rebelling against it. That would make sense by the title of the song too; "The Formation of Damnation" |

This song is basically stating how we aren't united as a common people and in turn in tears us apart from one another. Phenomenal song. |

This song is not aimed at religion in and of itself, but is actually aimed at the people throughout history who have used religion in a way that has caused harm or wrongdoing to humanity. |

Great song. The meaning of this song is, as the title points to, about Fredrick Nietzche who was an atheistic philosopher, famous for the statement "God is dead." because he believed at the time that recent developments in modern science and increasing secularization of European society had effectively 'killed' the Christian God. And obviously, this is LS's rebuttal. |

| Megadeth – Reckoning Day Lyrics

This definitely sounds like it's about an abusive and/or parasitic relationship in which one of the partners (9 times out of 10, the male) is trying to control the other by "keeping them in their place" so they can be free to do whatever they want, while their partner deals with their dirty laundry and gets treated like a dog. Especially the lines, "And that you say you will pray for me, You realize you are prey for me" it's saying how the abused partner wants the other to change, but they're not going to change because they're only in the relationship because they crave the feeling of power and control over their partner. Great song and very catchy, but people like this make me sick. |

The song sounds like a reference to maybe the Armageddon or just a very brutal war. Obviously a good versus evil kinda thing. I love it. Dream Evil is totally badass!

From what I interpret, it sounds like a pursuit of the devil(the dragon) in order to engage in combat. Then again, songs from this album could be seen as just mideaval scenes or metaphorical to something spiritual I suppose. |

Sounds like this song is about war or the Armageddon. Although, the lyrics mention "dragon" and most of the song on the Dragonslayer album refer to a dragon as a mortal enemy or maybe even the devil. So, it could also be about combat with an arch enemy of sorts. |
