In my opinion, this song is simply about finding out you're in a persons mouth xD "Taking in all u see You begin to register cliffs as teeth" for example. It's like "Hang on, they're not cliffs, are they? Oh shit. They're teeth. o.o" "The fucking penny drops I've been kicking back on the surface of your cheek, all along..." just means he's finally realised where he is. And I know this is going backwards and forwards but that's how I roll. The whole first verse is like "Ooo, look! I found a perfect spot to us to lie back and do nothing, just kick back." "Deck chairs out lads, heres the spot, a spanking panoramic view. The soil here is silk, the air is SELECTIVE!" He says the soild is silk because if you've ever felt your toung it feels really soft, almost like silk. He also says "The air is selective" Because the person who's mouth they are in is breathing. Hence the "Breath in! Breath out!" lines. Anyway, I've said what I think now I'll let you get one with listening to this tune and a half ;D |
