Sabio, For once I am sorry to say you have this terribly wrong. This is all biblical. We are said to have been formed from the dust of the earth and the spirit of life breathed into us by God. Thus our shape but not our spirit. We are separated from the earth in this and called prodigal. With Edens wealth ARRAYED we turned our back in sin. And kane (the farmer) killing his brother (the shepherd) he filled the earth with blood. Child of dust, Mother Earth and Father God as our parent here, we return "ashes to ashes and dust to dust" as spoken at a funeral Im not sure of the next 3 lines, but yes its being buried and has no amazing symbolism aside that we slumber eternal beneath the cover of land. |
