I think i get it. The first part is about Christian and Glorias romance in modern day america. They both know the countrys in trouble, but they arent gonna do anything about it. Christian joins the army In east jesus knowhere and after experiencing the combat, goes a little crazy (represented by peacemaker) Christian then returns home to find everythings gone to hell back home (murder city) and he decides to change things, and fight for the people (american euology) Let me know what you think people. |

| I could be very wrong here, but i think this song represents Glorias fall from grace. In Viva la Gloria! She is being told to keep her faith and that shes gonna start a war, and i think this song (deliberately named almost the same) is showing us that Gloria is losing the faith, or something. From the second verse especailly, i think Gloria has betrayed someone or some cause: "Will show your heart of treason .. You dirty liar." Thats how i hear it. | |
