This song is very infulential. It also make's alot more sence if you watch the fil "Johnny get your gun". It is about a Guy that goes to war and get's caught in a bombing. He loses all of his main limbs. His face, Arm's and legs. They choose to keep him alive, Think about it he can't speak,Listen or smell.
He has one sence which is touch.
All he can do Is think, He dosen't know when he is awake or dreaming as he can't see or hear. |

First of all. "The Blackening" is probably one of the greatest albums ever created. Absolutely fucking stunning.
I totally agree with that statement like to all of the older "MetalHeads" Master of Puppet's by metallica was the best metal record of all time. As a young metal fan this is. Machine head are GOD in my veiw allthough not religious I look up to every band member as a hero Especcialy "Robert Flynn" he is my Hero and some people may think that is rather sad but it isn't. I allmost show him as much respect as I show my own father. I look up to him as he is my brother.He also set's an example meaning You can do anything if you put your mind to it which is why I love machine head. |

I love this fucking song, Machine head are My favourite band this has such a strong meaning. It is clearly about polotics and war. Machine head are very fucking unique Band's such as Bullet for my valentine write lyrics about their girlfriend's leaving them. I know it is rather upsetting but at the end of the day their are more agonising thing's that.
Which bring's me back to machine head, They sing about actual problem's which make's me love them even now. |

See, I have boticed something children of Bodom's lyrics vary between the beat of the song. Most song's will be fast pace. This usually mean's Violence well in C.O.B's case anyway.
I love them.
But IMO(In my opinion) This song is rather depressing Redering to the lyrics - No!
