One look and it seems like he is tlaking about becoming really great in the new year 2000("2g") which was about to happen, the dragon is reffering the chinese new year. Msybe about expanding his fan base to China, or about believing that Y2K is is a bug that was created by the chinese titled "the dragon" in chinese language, you can use ur imagination. But because he refers to himself as the releaser he probably just thought that this would be a great song to sing at a concert in New years eve.And that he would see alot of sucess in the new millenia, and we all know how that turned out. |

People who commented in 2002 witht he first comments of this songs section where right, I heard this song and thought Ok a little simple and picking out common things people relate to, to speak to the masses but still a good song. Thinking that was it for olp and there was never any other side(ignorantly) but the orginal style of olp is much better than this newer stuff ive looked at diffrent songs before but I dont think ive gone far back enough until now. |
