| I don't think this is necessarily about cheating and this might be wrong, but this might not be a romantic song. I think it's a coming clean song about something you're ashamed of and you're worried the person won't be able to handle it. 'Always all for you' could be romantic, but a really good friend or a family member could qualify. | |

I don't really think this song is about God, not entirely. He only mentions God in the first verse of the song. I think God is a representation of maybe a friend or a family member that you think is supposed to be there for you, but they aren't or they show up too late to be of any help and this song is just venting frustration. Like you've been a great friend to someone and then when you need them, they totally let you down. But it's all interpretation so what I think could be different from what someone else thinks. |
