| Jonas Brothers – A Little Bit Longer Lyrics | 16 years ago |
|
This song is about the time Nick was his doctor's bitch. They used to rub the lube over each other and get it on every night. Then Nick was disapointed with his doctor's size... "A little bit longer And I'll be fine" And Nick, the only cure is viagra, kid... "Waiting on a cure" He couldn't strike up the courage to tell his doctor that he wasn't satisfying him, and just remembered how his doctor used to laugh while bending Nick over... "You laugh, you glow You don't even know, no, no You don't even know, no, no You don't even know, no, no" |

| Jonas Brothers – Pushin' Me Away Lyrics | 16 years ago |
|
I think this song is about the one time when Nick is trying to ass rape Joe but he just couldn't catch the zippy bugger.... "Run, run like you do I'm chasing you I'm on your tail I'm gaining fast You're going nowhere" Then eventually he caught him... "Try to stop me now" Then Joe asks Nick to come out the closet and tell him that he's gay, as Joe is also sexually 'confused'... "Tell me the truth 'Cause I'm so confused" |

| Jonas Brothers – S.O.S. Lyrics | 16 years ago |
|
I think the song is about when Joe got his ass crammed by the other bros and shouted out for help... "Oooo, this is an S.O.S." And, after constant ass-crammings on the road while Jo-Bros were on tour, Joe realizes his 'bottom' is in a bad way... "This is the bottom line It's true" Then he describes the pain his ass feels... "It's like I'm walking on broken glass" And the aftermath of his ass-crammings... "Better believe I bled" |

| Metallica – Nothing Else Matters Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| This song is about Hetfield having a busy life on the road and trying to keep a meaningful relationship back home with his lady. | |
| Metallica – One Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| This is about a soldier that lost all senses and limbs from a land mine, he wants out of the jail that has become his sad existence but can't even kill himself or tell someone to kill him to put him out of his misery. That subject was actually the main character of Dalton Trumbo's anti-war novel 'Johnny Got His Gun'.... wow, some of you got some mean imagination with your interpretations!! | |
| Metallica – Leper Messiah Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| It's about TV 'messiahs', preaching religion, performing 'miracles' and demanding money and more money from their unsuspecting audience. | |
| Metallica – Master of Puppets Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| Master of Puppets is about something controlling something. It can be related to a lot of things (such as drug addicts) but it's most likely war related - how soldiers blindly serve the army and many die at the hands of the men at the top (politicians, generals etc.). This is evident on the album cover - a graveyard with puppet strings - soldiers that have fallen as a result of serving as puppets to greater powers. This song ties together with 'Disposable Heroes'. Give it a good listen, you'll see... | |
| Metallica – Ride The Lightning Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| It's about being wrongfully accused of murder and being sentenced to death by electric chair. | |
| Metallica – For Whom The Bell Tolls Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| All tracks on Ride the Lighting were about losing control - soldiers being stuck in the middle of enemy territory (For Whom the Bell Tolls), being stuck in a place you don't want to be (Trapped Under Ice), being sentenced to death for crimes you did not commit (Ride the Lighting), being under pressure from stressful life on the road (Fade to Black), etc.. The guys in the band are control freaks like myself so I can relate well to the album, one of my favorite albums of all time. | |
| Metallica – For Whom The Bell Tolls Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| Like doofer33 said, but in more detail, the story it's based on is about soldiers sent on a mission. They don't know what they're fighting for yet they fight for the pride of their nation, even if it's not for the right reasons - "On the fight, for they are right, yes, by who's to say?". Ironically, it's their own people who leave them to fight for their lives on a hill top and they end up dying in friendly air strikes - "Take a look to the sky just before you die, It is the last time you will". One of Metallica's best.. | |
| Bob Marley and the Wailers – No Woman No Cry Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| Ah legendary song here! In this song Bob Marley reminisces of the tough times of growing up in the middle of poverty in the Kingston ghetto known as Trenchtown, and the hypocrisy of the rich versus the generosity of the poor. He credited the song to a guy known as 'Tartar', who used to run a kitchen to feed everyone and keep them from dying of starvation. One of my favorite songs... | |
