I also agree with the idea she was killed, it seems very likely with the wording, I also think Waking the neighbors, unfamiliar faces He pleads though he tries But he's only denied Now he's dying to get inside Suggests it may have been a stalker, like He pleads for her to give him a chance, and when he's dinied he's even more determined. Some stalkers even kill the item of obsession, which also would fit with this scenario. |

I love this song! I think it's about this guy who really carerd (and possibley loved) about this girl but had a one night stand, and now she always excpects something new to bring her down. And he's saying how she shouldn't take him back (but at the same time trying to prove that he really does care, and maybe still stay) because he doesn't want her to get hurt. And saying if she lets him go do it easily. LOVE THIS SONG! |

My interpretation of it. I believe it's love and maybe he has to go, my idea was going to war but here is the detailed version. I think it's like this. It is long and will be explained. Do you remember when we didn't care?- Trying to remind him what they were like when they were young We were just two kids That took the moment when it was there- not really kids but now that they're older they look at themselves as kids Do you remember you at all?- trying to see if he remembers how he was like Another heart calls -Now another heart calls Yeah, I remember When we stole the night- Spent it as best they could, together We'd lie awake but dream Until the sun would wash the sky - They would just sit there looking at the sky talking about their dreams, Just as soon as I see you- wants to make it up I didn't lie -he didn't lie he just was hesitant But didn't I tell you? -he eventually did tell her therefore he didn't lie As deep as I need you- she really loves him and needs him You wanna leave it all- there was a slip up and about exaggerating his feeling as he doesn't want to be with her What can I do?- He's asking how to make up for it Say it's true- He actually wants to do something and she wants to know if it's true Or everything that matters breaks in two- He feels that the most important thing the only thing t5hat he feels matters (him and her) will no longer be Say it's true- I don't get that one much but I think it means like Say Whats True coming to the next line... I'll never ask for anyone but you- He only wants her (vise versa) I just want to say these next lines may be referring to before she found out Talk to me I'm throwing myself in front of you- he's not talking afraid of what he might say and she wants to know whats wrong If this could be the last mistake That I would ever wanna do- he feels if he tells her it will end their relationship and he would never want that to happen Yeah, all I ever I do is give- she feels now that ((after he told her)) she just gives and gives ((most likely love)) and he doesn't care It's time you see my point of view- how would he feel if this happened to him And I know that you want us To figure it out And God knows I do, too- she understands but is guarding herself from being emotionally hurt again What can I do? -Wants to know how to make her feel better Say it's true - ((same as before)) I'll never ask for anyone but you- ((again same)) I'm sorry -trying to apologize So what? -most likely "So what are you sorry for" That you don't think I've said enough -he hasn't explained either the situation clearly or how he really feels and needs her I'm sorry- apologizing I don't care -she's not going to forgive him that easily You were never there - I have two ideas for this one 1. she's trying to forget 2. he wasn't there when she need most or something close the rest is basically repeated Remember this is just what I have thought it to be, I could be wrong. It's like a younger love that grew and after they were older there was a slight slip up therefore "Another Heart Calls" possibly a kiss possibly more, I truly don't know how far it could have gone. He's trying to make up for it because he knows "I'll never ask for anyone but you" |
