| Maroon 5 – She Will Be Loved Lyrics

I can't believe people think this songs about prostitutes or cocaine - although they are interesting interpretations. It's so clear though that this song is about a guy infatuated with this girl and sometimes he has her and sometimes he doesn't but he still wants to keep her forever. He is ultimately just waiting for her to figure it out and come to him and then "she will be loved" |

If more people would listen to the song and the message to "take it slow" there would be a lot less unhappiness in the world |

I always thought this was a really funky and fun song and now I'm living the lyrics I like it even more. I also love the double meaning of "sometimes you make it so hard / scream loud as we come apart". |

This song is amazing - I first heard it on a plane back from Singapore. It's rare that one line in a song can be so true but life really is like a slide show. I always feel like moments and people and feelings pass by before they can truly be appreciated. |

| Maroon 5 – Sweetest Goodbye Lyrics

Of course it is about goodbye sex but it's still deeper than that. I've always percieved this song as being about having feelings for someone and sensing that you have to let them go when you don't want to. You've tried telling them how you feel but that only pushes them further away (hence it's "as far as an eternity"). Even so you still want them and just need one more chance to show them how you feel. So it is about sex (as all Maroon 5 songs essentially are) but it's more about loving someone through sex because words and romance haven't worked and even if you they do still leave at least having showed them how you feel will still be the "sweetest goodbye". |
