And I think Dalton is right. This is pretty universal.

I hate bush.
And I hate Obama. But do you know when this song was written?
Probably while bush was still in office. Bush has had a longer time to screw up.

ahhh, alright.
I don't actually own the album, my friend bought it the day it came out and he's equally atheist. and what he told me was that two of them didn't thank jesus OR god, so that made me wonder.
I should have checked it myself.
thanks anyway.

I'm pretty sure this is about politics...
I like the Bush idea that Chelsrouk put out there. I think it's also sort of about how people only voted for him because of Faith or whatever, that there is a difference between religion and government because we pick these things based on ourselves and not on a global scale, only fucking us over ever more.

I think this means that people are stubborn and usually won't listen to anyone else. The whole "deaf ears" thing.

I think this song is about how religion is actually very corrupted today. It wasn't how it was meant to be, and without even a second glance man makes it suit himself, forgetting tradition, and the God he believes in...

This album is really starting to make me think that Prada is having trouble staying Christians.
But I love this album, because it is so deep and so very true. A huge eye opener.

I think this song is just telling people to step back and take a look at humanity from unbiased all-seeing eyes, instead of the biased eyes we see through every day.
I think this talks about war and all the wrong doing that we commit every day and never really think about.

I believe this song is about how Artists are only making music to meet girls, as it was said before, and for fame and such. It's really sad.
They want groupies, and not to express their art form or spread words of meaning.
This is why I love Prada. ;]
Originality. Sort of reminds me of Mindless Self Indulgence's "Mark David Chapman".

I love how Prada is taking this album...It's sort of making Christians see that they aren't perfect just because they believe in Jesus. Not that I'm saying all Christians are bad, but there are so many that put themselves on this self-conceited pedestal.

Okay, does anyone think that this might possibly be about more than something supporting Jesus?
I mean this part:

"Fall to your knees, accomplishing nothing.
Fall to your knees, only to exercise your schedule."

Sounds like it could be saying that worshiping is pointless...I know a lot of people who listen to Prada are Christians, and I know that they are commonly viewed as a Christian band.
I love them, but I am very much Atheist. So I guess that made me interpret it this way...

But in the booklet in the front of the With Roots Above and Branches Below two of the members didn't thank God or Jesus...I know that that could possibly be just a coincidence...but you know it's possible that some of them may have trouble believing at the time...everyone does that at some point of their religious life.
