This song is fucking amazing. It indeed seems to be about feelings after breakup. Beautifully written, but the best thing about it is how music reflects those feelings. His tone slowly gets more agressive, the 'evilish' tone at the fault line verse rises to the extreme. When he realizes that there's 'no going back' you hear him calm again accompanied by the out-of-tune 'weeping', to reflect the state of hopelessness and sadness. A perfect song for me. |
