Hi everyone, I'm new. Thought i'd do my first post on this song because this band is AMAZING. Anyway, I think this song's about how the singer feels he has to always be "fake" about everything if that makes sense, he can't show his true feelings or emotions if he wants to be successful or liked. This is "breaking [his] heart in two" as he "can't even talk to you 'bout [his] effect on people 'cause [he's] doin' the same thing to you That's right even right now" He thinks he's got "too much soul for the world". So yeah, that's what I think. Can't believe no-one else has posted on this song yet! |
