I love this song! It's my favorite song by my favorite band. (: I have been contemplating what this song is about. But my theory is that a guy was in love with a girl but never got a chance to tell her. and I think at the end the girl dies. Because it says "Funny how it rained all day I didn't think much of it then But it's starting to all make sense Oh, I can see now that all of these clouds Are following me in my desperate endeavor To find my whoever, wherever she may be" Like the girl is making it rain and he just figured out that she died and now it makes sence. and he saus wherever she may be becuase he doesn't know if she made it to heaven or hell. Idk just a theory. |

I think they are classified with Paramore becuase they are both Alternative bands with girl singers and the rest of their bands are boys. Making them similar but I believe they are not the same. Even though I love them both. But I think this song is about Cassadee Pope (the lead singer if you didn't know) wanting to escape everything that's going on in her life. Like faster than walker. Hence "Run, Don't Walk". lol |

I think it's about his parents dying in a car crash. Maybe even grandparents. Becuase it says "you both" meaning two people and the way he talks about them it sounds like a parental figure. Like he wants them to be proud of him. and he wish he would have died that day and not them. and I think he was youg. Becuase he says "I was just a kid" I really enjoy this song but just now actualy listened to the lyrics. |
