I don't know, my interpretation is slightly different but yours also make sense. I thought it was about a married woman who is abused by her husband and so turns to a teenager to have an affair. The words "drunken brawl domesticly" would suggest domestic voilence and the second part of the song is about a rebirth through sexuality, hence being baptized as a metaphor for the sex (which is perhaps the re-birth for the beaten woman?) You don't have to agree with me, the song is sort of ambiguous and I'm not sure I agree with myself. Peace out |
