"i think not, so i bet on the feds because the black hat men never win in the end" should give it away. Tomas is betting on the feds.. Not the black hat men who never win in the end. What was a common thing for mobsters doing bank heists to wear? Yep you guessed it.. A black hat. And did those mobsters with black hats ever really win in the end? NO..
