| There's a story called "Hills like white elephants" by Ernest Hemingway. It's really just a brief conversation between a man and a woman and its never stated what they're speaking about. However, you can infer that the woman is pregnant and the man wants her to have an abortion. I'm not sure how to perceive these lyrics in context with the story. Does anyone have any thoughts? | |
