i think the line "they're all that's left you" means that after all the things you do on this earth the only things you still have left of these events when you're old are your memories of them. souvenirs, photos of your life don't mean anything unless you couple them with a memory. so i take it to be "preserve you memories, they're all that's left FOR you." |
