I think the same thing that he loves this waitress but hes a bit in denial or not knowing what it is because maybe its the first time he loved in the second verse it makes me think that they got together and he starts talking about their current relationship and in the third verse I think he takes it back to the first day he met her again and explains the ending part where they start talking. the lyrics arent "writing on a cup of coffee" its "brownie and a cup of coffee" think why would he write on a cup of coffee?ordering a brownie makes sense |
