This song came at a time...when I didn't know what to say. It describes exactly how I feel, because "I don't quite know how to say how I feel Those three words, are said too much, they're not enough." They aren't enough. Yet "your perfect eyes, they're all I can see" is true as well. |

I don't know. I think you could take it another way, too, though. It may have been a remark by his father, but it could also be asking whether the other person is willing to just waste some time on him. |
