i think its pretty straight-forward what its about, the lyrics are very literal.
to me its about her her boyfriend who got one drunk one night and took a split decision to go to vegas. They obviously had a good time until they passed out, woke up and realised they have no money to get home, no hotel room, no transport and might possibly have gotten married as shes wearing his ring.
Now he's giving her dirty looks and blaming her and shes insisting its not her fault as they're both in this mess togther which is why she doesnt let him call his mother because they would get into trouble. |
