I'm going with that last bit, too. The song is written from the perspective of one of Bond's many lovers. "Sometimes I wish someone would" is sort of an empty plea for someone more stable to come along, but ultimately her attraction to Bond is too strong ("keeps me from running"). |

Agree with PencilNeckedGeek, but one could argue that everything after "world" is redundant since the general definition of "world" is "place we live in". It'd be like saying "the cigarettes which we smoke" or "the guitars which we play" -- there's really nothing else you would do with them. Still love the song, though. And it works so well over the 007 intro. |
