This is truly a great song and really hits home with me and my situation. I felt my stomach turn when I was listening to these lyrics because of how much this affects me in my life. I feel like I'm not living my life because I never let my true self come through... The lyrics "no more hiding how I feel behind a smile" just is so meaningful because I'm sure many people live hiding themselves. The song is also really motivating to push me to be who I am, for instance "Things are going to change" just gets me going to really want to let people know who I am!! Because on a serious note who really am I, if I can't be me? |
