| I think most of this album is about her being guarded. She won't allow herself to fall in love and be happy because she knows that her mind will fuck it up eventually and she'll end up hurting herself and others. She has commitment issues and she doesn't want to hurt anyone, that's how i see it anyways. | |

| Could work for new moon. I also think howl would be good for maybe one of the later ones where there is a lot of sexual tension and what not. | |

Can't believe this has no comments. It's so beautiful. I think it's about a girl who is in love with a guy who doesn't love her back but plays around with her emotions. And she's tried to ignore it and be with other people "found people to love, left people to drown" but she was hurt before by that person and she is not scared of falling in love, but being hurt by it. "It's only when i hit the ground it causes all the grief" |

Yeah I think he's in denial, and he knows he is, he's trying to convince him self that it's only a little thing and he'll be over it, but at the same time he still loves the girl. He's made a mistake and he thinks that she won't take him back but he wants to make sure, he wants to see how she's feeling and he's prepared to own up to what he's done. I think it's a song that's at a critical point in a relationship. He's saying to the girl, if you won't take me back I'll be fine(even though he may not be), he doesn't want her to think he'll be hurt. "It's only love" He's acting like he doesn't care because he doesn't want to admit his weakness but he does, because he asks her these questions, he's testing the water, it's like he's asking for her back but doesn't want to look pathetic so say's he'll be just fine if she won't take him back. Make sense, no? Just my idea. |

I agree with Kate. He's fallen too much in love with her, but she is just a girl who likes to have fun. She can't commit, she just wants to have fun and now that it's getting too much for her she has to leave. I think the bit "To see how i move, And it's always wrong, it's always wrong" I think this shows that he is trying to make her commit, do little things, "move2 in a way that might get through to her, but he won't ever get through to her. |
