On the contrary I think that in the first few lines he is talking about being convinced that this girl was his and she wants to move on but he asks "what the hell am I supposed to do" because he can only think about being with her and he is somewhat in "denial" about the fact that he can't have her. in this he says that he is going out with everyone to just have a "good time" because he is trying to just not think about her and in the end he ends up calling her again and realizes that he shouldn't "try that again" in order to get to her its sweet because its out of a somewhat desperate lovesick kind of mood. haha Chris Drew is a champ. |

I believe that is talking about a "phase" of love like any where that this girl goes he'll be there with her in spirit because they're so in love and this song is a way of reminding her that no matter what he will always be right there next to her in her heart and soul this has got to be some of the sweetest music in the whole wide world like wow this is like saying I Love You in a very sweet way Owl City...hats off to you. |
