It's not really an expression. When he says broken open, he means he's become vulnerable. For a woman. The lyrics in this one are a little off. Some important ones. The last line is "Now you are the one that I call home." He's talking about falling in love and getting married. I especially like the part "Now I'm smashing champagne, tying cans." |

"saintly reasons in their eyes" I think this song speaks about how everything changes. Most of the time for the worst over time. And everyone gets so caught up in it they don't speak out when it isn't right. It was one of them who did And he spoke on what he saw And ruined his reputation He was labeled as a misfit and if he does he's ruined. |

I really like this song lyrically. Even if I'm not really sure of the meaning. I think on one level it's about someone, who hasn't done such good things with his life and he might die so he prays to God, and on another it's about the uncertainty of faith. "Faith is retrospective now You only know if it was true in the end Some get to heaven on purpose But some get it while they can." |

This is my favorite on the album. Think it's pretty straight forward. When you're a kid you can't be whoever you like for fear of what others say or do. You have to follow a standard. The music is really great. Correction on the lyrics: I'll get on my thick skier and purple or black tights |

I agree, this is my favorite off of their new ep. This is their home no matter what happens or how it is. They've left but have never found another home. |

I meant: He doesn't need to hear every day about your useless monotonous life. |

| I don't know what this song means, but it's my favorite of his. I'm sad there are no comments. | |
