| Lady GaGa – Alejandro Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| Or maybe this is from Lady Gaga's days of working in a restaurant and "Alejandro, Fernando, and Roberto" are those cooks that are always flirting with her (and everyone else) from the back of the kitchen. LOL | |
| Lady GaGa – Dance in the Dark Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| In regards to the "Free Bitch" statement... I think the speaker of the song is "reassuring" herself that she's "free"... | |

| Coldplay – Life in Technicolor II Lyrics | 16 years ago |
|
When I listen to the lyrics of this song, I kind of get the sense that Coldplay is speaking about television, hence the title "Life in Technicolor." Just turn on your TV and watch as the news reports the world as a "violent" one, "wars coming", every night "street lights glowing and sirens" (ambulances and cop cars) etc. The speaker of this song seems to understand that there exists such a world but he also recognizes that it's just a world/life in technicolor. It's a world behind a screen saturated with glamour (I use this in the original meaning of the word) and violence. Instead of feeding into this life in technicolor, the speaker seems to realize that though there's so much speak of "the end of the world", he accepts love as a powerful and motivating source. "Love don't let me go." Anyway, I got the sense that's what the meaning of this song is about from the music video as well. Visually we see a group of parents and children around a puppet show watching this spectacular puppet show in utter awe. Is there a correlation with those people watching this puppet show and us watching our television sets? |

| Is he talking about a tranny? | |
| Kylie Minogue – In My Arms Lyrics | 16 years ago |
|
I think the lyrics would have been better if the beginning of the song began with "DJ spinning up my favorite song, hurry up and get a groove on Life's (Instead of Light) fantastic and won't be long, don't let the moment slip away." |

| Coldplay – Speed of Sound Lyrics | 16 years ago |
|
"Birds go flying from the underground, If you could see, then you'd understand." My interpretation of this piece of lyrics is that it is directly connected to the entire song itself. It's crucial for it means (to me) that if the reader/listener of the song could decipher or imagine how "birds can fly from underground, then we'd understand." Once the reader/listener can tap into that universal stream of knowledge or imagination it leads to a higher dimension of consciousness, a place that can be spiritual, physical, etc. to one. Thus the connection to the lyrics that "to understand" this stream of knowledge that cannot be taught but just "seen", it creates "ideas that you'll never find or the inventors could never design the buildings that you put up Japan and China... all lit up the sign that I couldn't read or the light that I couldn't see" Which brings me to my next point... is this a secret code or an essence that Coldplay is trying to tap us listeners into by ulitilizing the system of the English language to explain a spiritual understanding? |

| Coldplay – Lovers in Japan/Reign of Love Lyrics | 16 years ago |
|
I think the Lovers in Japan title connects with the lyric... "dream of the Osaka sun". Osaka in Japan is believed to be the first place that the sun sets... fresh every new year. So I think Coldplay is sending the message that Lovers should metaphorically fight on and move on like soldiers because a new day/ sun will come for them. = ) LOVERS YOU'VE GOT TO SOLDIER ON!!! |

| Goldfrapp – Lovely 2 C U Lyrics | 16 years ago |
|
The lyrics to this song sounds like she's talking about Los Angeles.... and how she's so coy about 'la la land' "LA... Lovely 2 C U", "They're selling us something I don't need" "They're selling us something babe, you shouldn't believe." |
