I just heard this song by tegan and sara and I didn't realize the Bruce Springsteen sang it first, but all I know is that when I just heard this song, it really inspired me to just keep going on an living, I may totally be off about the lyrics but I think that it really just sounds like someone who is really down and hating thier life and then realizing that they need to change there life or else it is just going to go down the drain and then the other part is another person saying that your life is valuable and you cannot start making your life valuable if you are just sitting and wasting your life away like it is nothing. I dunno. i just found this song very powerful. |

This is such a great song. I believe it just is about someone who can relate to a shark. that they are too scared of having a relationship or getting close to people or else they will "tear you apart" |

This reminds me of her arguement with her record dealers. How they were telling Amanda Palmer that her music isn't good enough, and then she had to fight for her video of LEEDS to be shown. I am probably wayy off, but that is what this song reminds me of. |
