zetsubou also can mean hopeless so I think "zetsubou billy" is just calling a guy named billy hopeless meaning there is no hope. This song was written for Death Note but as the guy said before KIRA is another word for Killer. Kira from death note possibly got his name from that and it's just a huge coincidence that this song has that word in it. |

ICP are nowhere near as popular as Eminem. But where are all the Eminem fans now? I still hear lots of Juggalos listenin to ICP but all the people that used to love eminem have moved on to Lil' Wayne or some shit. To a lot of people ICP are "worthless shitty fags." But to a select few they are telling the story of OUR lives with Twiztid and the rest of Psychopathic. So I don't care what you think of ICP or anyone in Psychopathic for that matter.
