bahaha thank you! i think there are a lot of metaphors about the wasp..obviously the narrator inflicted some type of pain on his or her "friend".."washing his face in his hands..i think hes crying.. |

this song is awesome..it seems that every time i listen to Sufjan i find a new favorite song..this one has been at the top of my list for quite a while. and i think it is the "GREAT I AM" especially because of how many religious references he uses..i mean " The Transfiguration"..is completely based on Christianity..Matthew chapter 17:1-9..look it up =0) thank you to everyone who commented on the meanings, im writing a paper on this song and it really helped a lot!!! god bless =0) |
