the same happened to me a few days ago wreckingball maniac. This song depicts the struggle within when you can't be with the one you love, even though you want to. A "feeling" is left inside you that does not easily go away. You tell yourself that the best thing is to stay away from that person, and you say "I really wish that I could forget the way you are" and "you don't know how hard I've tried to convince myself that I can easily forget". Yet at the same time, there is a part of you that thinks that you can get her back somehow (hence the "You're someone that ain't mine, but someone that I'll get). You can't quite move on, you don't want to forget her and the memories you shared together, and to make matters worse you think you can get her back... All of it seams destined to end bad, but there is always hope... |
