This is one of my favorite songs ever, and probably my favorite by Breaking Benjamin. It's so calming and yet epic at the same time.
I think it's a simple breakup song. He still loves her, but just wants to Forget It ever happened to stop him from feeling pain. |

I'm really only a fan of A7X's lastest two CDs; I don't mind screaming in songs, as long as its only part of the song. When the song's entirely screaming, I don't like it. But this song is freakin' awesome. It's not all screaming, so that's good. It's a song about Cain and Abel, from Genesis Chapter Four. |

Awesome song, one of the best IMO.
I think its about M.Shadows criticising people who criticise the war in Iraq, saying that its not the soldiers' faults we're at war and we need to support our troops, even if we don't agree with the war. |
