| This song totally remind me of a guy ii want to date so0o0 BAD!! iim gay and he's...Well, Bi-Curious and he says that he doesnt know what it is but when he looks at me he juss feels kiinda weird. well people, I definatly think song has a reference to gos AND the bible in many ways... Of course she says first the earth was flat(Bleh bleh bleh) Because early christians were the ones saying "yeah its definatly flat, why? Because heaven is up and hell is down"...then whn tht scientist (mmm i think it was aristotle) did the whole shdow thing and proved them wrong...thats why all the gods lost 2-1. Beacause not only did he prove tht the earth was round but god doesnt exist(he was killed for tht) but "Will you be ready?". To hear the truth, tht is. Then we move on to "the interim of life"(bleh bleh bleh)...she talking about david and galieth duh...remember david was the underdog. and remember pollyfilla is used to fill gaps..but think about a dam, the wall is under a bunch of pressure and if 1 tiny crack happpens then the whole fucking wall comes down. But the pollyfilla can hold it...you wouldnt think so because if cement cant, thn wht can?...Anywho, so back to the bible theme..she says "im dying to know, whts in ur head"...Basically, i think this part is suppose to be about how god was created by people fearing wht happens after you die. "She says to help make some sense of it all" (Death, duh)... All in all i think the song is suppose to be about, Is god real? and When we do die/or god does come back. will we be ready for the after life...Its a "what if" song... I LOVE IMOGEN HEAP!!!! |

This song totally desribes me and the way that i feel about some one... but i think there are different meaning's of closin in---in each stanza so like she said "i cant wait...to be with you, No i juss cant sit still are we there yet"....so she wants to see this guy who she hasnt seen in a while and she's happy, and excited then she goes on to say...."Closing in I hope that you make it Closing in I hope that you find your way"......so its like i hope you arive safely "Frame by frame, With speed ahead The city dissolving, The thread of your love in the headlights Is it safe now?
