I spent the last 15 minutes listening to that part over and over but I swear that's what it sounds like. You can hear the "d" sound on two-faced and can't on still-fake so they are 2 different words. Plus it makes sense in the context of the song and not to mention there is no L-sound so it's not "too late, too late" Listen to it starting at 2:56 and Jeremy's vocals sound a little bit clearer.
