this is probably my favorite song by the doves. it always makes me smile. for some reason, whenever i hear it, it makes me feel like i'm just running or dancing in a field or grass or flowers or something. |

my dad found this band sometime when i was a little kid, and whenever this song would start, i would always think of grass for some reason. haha. but i sort of see this song as describing the lazy-days of summer, when you had fun ,or were silly, or something like that. yet those are the days you don't remember well once the summer is over. |
