MK Ultra was a CIA program where they experimented with mind control. Highly qualified Nazi scientists were employed to conduct these tests. They also experimented with other things that had brutal results. I can't remember what they were trying to find but far too many people died from being tested on. I think HAARP was started from MK Ultra as well.
I think Muse should run the world.

This is definately a grower. First heard it on Zane Lowe's and didn't really care for it. Then I seen them playing it live a couple of times (on TV, not seen them properly yet) and I started liking it, and now I've got it on repeat :)
The meaning's fairly straightforward; the singer/author/narrator, whatever, had messed up a relationship and is asking for one more chance with the other half.
In response to hitoki354, I think the video is about lifestyle choices, since the characters seem kinda odd (except the keyboard man, he's epic) and Kele, Matt, Russell and Gordon are taking the role of people who have mocked these odd characters and taking a chance to get to know them better. That's not exactly how I want to put it but it's the best I can come up with.

Such an unbelievably moving song. When all the instruments kick in it makes you wanna cry out, haha. Planning way ahead, but I'm having this song played at my funeral, aswell as (possibly) 'Clinging On for Life' by the Hoosiers - just for the ironic humour :) |
