I thought the lyrics were about a girl(which a guy found attractive)who a guy approaches to talk to, but she turns around and humiliatingly rejects him in front of everyone in a bar (probabily because she might have been dumped by her boyfriend for being uptight and controling). Only years later, full of lonelyness & anger, is this guy encouraged by a friend to go out socially to give it another try and not to give-in to memmorys of painful rejections that these gils inflicted on him. (I just don't know why girls this to us) |
