It's pretty obvious what Ke$ha's singing about. She's somehow messed up a relationship with a guy who meant a lot to her, and she's trying to deal. "I'm dancing with tears in my eyes Just fighting to get through the night I'm losin' it With every move I die" She tries to escape the problem somehow, by ignoring it. "I'm faded Im broken inside I've wasted the love of my life I'm losin it With every move I die This is it and now youre really gone this time Never once thought I'd be in pieces left behind" I see this as the part where she realizes it's really over, and she has to move on. But just MY opinion, folks. This song is so good~ |

| It is about Billy Joe Armstrong's (lead singer) late father, who died in September. The "seven years have gone so fast" is because he wrote this song seven years after his father's death.
