My perspective on the first line is that he doesn't care what is happening he wants do nothing, feel nothing. This goes along with the fact that Alexithymia is a disease that makes you feel no emotions. So he just doesn't care anymore. Also it is kind of suggesting (I think)that he was lied to once before by this person and wont believe them anymore even if it is something that is bound to happen(Like the sun rising). Then later on in the song he says -Don't believe anything I say anymore- which shows he has completely lost touch with the things around him and himself. Thus explaining why it is called Alexithymia (u-lex-i-th-ee-me-u) I think if someone else knows the correct pronunciation please correct me. Thanks |

Yeah i pretty much agree with everyone as well. I'm not exactly sure what the outline drawn part is but i don't think it means she wants him dead. And one quick question what was the original song because i want it unless i have that one because there is some screaming in mine. Thanks |
