Since gray did such a wonderful job of translating I'll save the lazy ones a few clicks and post the interpretation here. Also thank you gray for the translation. One of the most beautiful songs performed by Chris Pohl and his crew. Interpreting from the perspective of the singer: The primary message conveyed pretty much is saying she is looking for a savior, to save her from her lies and to see her for whom she truely is. Yet due to her lies she is trapped alone inside herself. The lies could be a variety of things, lying about the relationship, or just lying to her own self. Yet all the while she is hoping for somebody to come into the picture and save her from herself. Though at the same time the one she is with persists in staying close, and seems to not want to leave. Though they have been fooled by her lies. The angle she speaks of could even be the one she is with. The greatest problem with interpreting songs is that unless the writer openly says what the song is about it can contain didderby meanings to different people. So this is my opinion of the song. |
