beautiful song, can't understand why nobody commented on it yet. I think that the song is mainly about someone being caught in an abusive relationship and doesn't know what to do: But listen baby when you tell me everything's alright I stay up all night And baby when you tell me that it's me this time I don't close my eyes I sacrifice a little peace of mind Is love like this, always? Great song, My favourite line has got to be the first one: "And with a faint taste of cigarettes you write hallelujah songs" I think the song is basically about the happiniess and joy brought on by being with someone you love. |

The song is just called Human. and yes, I agree with hollyoh, its based on a quote. Its basically describing how stereotypical and 'dead' this generation is. great beat and clever lyrics, this song is a must have on any playlist. |
