i personally think, he's like writing her a letter, asking her about what has happened. i think he's comparing their moments to the ones she spends with her boyfriend. he's asking her about whether he is better. its obviously a current affair as he mentions 'we ARE using cushions', present tense. it's a very moving song and it makes me cry so much, i wish someone would say these things to me. truly beautiful |
