| Guys, you can take almost any song in the genre and make it a metaphor for Christ. That doesn't mean it's meant that way. | |

| dude, i know they're definitely a Christian band and every thing, blah blah blah, but you have to admit that this album is in no way about anything besides zombies. basically, Mike Hranica and the band were sitting around doing nothing when ol' Mikey jumped up and said "Hey guys! Let's make a thrash metal EP about ZOMBIESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS" and so they did. That's my interpretation, anyways. | |

i think the highly debated "final heartbreak" is about how when we leave, many of our peers, etc, will descend into hell. but maybe thats just me. replies to people: LeftInTragedy/Drums - i think they may have just picked that either for technical reasons (cameras, etc) or because thast makes it easier to tell its a church. more likely the first one McKillu - obviously you don't pay enough attention to their lyrics because ALL their lyrics are about this kind of thing. |

| ever heard of a metaphor? or a double meaning? this song can obviously be put to either God or a friend/family member. and i'm pretty sure Jesus had a heartbeat for 33 years. | |
